Jon Gruden is on the hot seat....he hasn't done anything since going to the SuperBowl. Gruden is 27-37 since the Super Bowl season, and Tampa Bay has missed the playoffs with losing records three of the past four years. Gruden has always been the type of coach that only dealt with veteran QB's. When Gruden was at Oakland, they were scrubs until they signed Rich Gannon. He takes Oakland to the playoffs his last 2yrs, then he get traded to Tampa Bay with Brad Johnson at QB and go to the Super Bowl. Now, no one is questioning Jon Gruden's offensive philosphy but I don't think he has the greatest patience when it comes to having a young QB in the NFL. I think he'll stay because the Glazers like to keep consistency in the coaching position. The question is what are they going to do with their ALL-PRO Receiver Michael Clayton. I think he was hurt, some this year...I wonder if Gruden will keep Clayton or trade and get more picks. And you may have to think about drafting a speedy LB, Derrick Brooks is getting up there in age. So that's going to be interesting to see.
