Are we really surprised at this move? I think Art Shell was not really given the time to do anything with the team. A flawed offesive plan, VETERANS speaking out about the offense, personnel and attitude. The problem with the Raiders is that they have problems with the offensive line. PERIOD!!! They have the receivers, they got a future TB, Vargas.....They need to get rid of Lamont Jordan...take no free agencies, just use this year as a year of young players. Get rid of Aaron Brooks...i'll keep Andrew Walters. They have no problem with receivers. THE DEFENSE IS SOLID!!!!! Their defense is the reason they won those 2 games.....PERIOD!!!! Now if i was the Raiders I would dangle that draft pick...2 for 1 deal, i'll trade the 1pick for a 1st round this year, 2nd round this year, and another 2nd rounder for next year!!! Let's be smart this year about the picks, teams just think it's just one person will make the team successful.
